Sandi's delightful watercolours
are driven by her love of colour.It has
been said that Sandi "feels" colour
as some "feel" music and her aim
is to share this with her viewers.
Her work has been published by the medici
Society, Colour house Graphics and 'Artists
and Illustrators' magazine, for whom she
has also written articles and been awarded
the Winsor & Newton's prize for artist
of the month. She has exhibited with the
Society of Women Artists in the Mall Galleries.
Sandi's work is sold in galleries throughout
the South of England (UK) particularly in
the counties of Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
She also holds regular exhibitions in Croydon,
Surrey where she has an established client
base.
The Workshop has appeared on television
in an episode of "Honey I'm killing
the kids" for the B.B.C., where a mother
and daughter used the therapeutic aspect
of painting together to help mend their
damaged relationship!
One of her main areas of work is the Watercolour
Workshop, which operates at her Studio in
Surrey and also travels around the world
aboard various cruise liners, where her
lessons form part of the onship activities.Sandi
also worked with Stroke recovery and Parkinson's
disease patients in the Mayday Art Group,
as part of their therapy.
Sandi is also a member of the Croydon Art
Society (founded 1881) and is a professional
associate of the Society for All Artists
(SAA), and also a member of the Caterham
Art Group.
